兔肾VX2肿瘤声像图特点及超声造影的实验观察

摘　　要：目的分析兔肾VX2肿瘤在二维灰阶超声(2DUS)、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)、方向性能量多普勒(CCD)及超声造影(CEUS)的表现,探讨CEUS在检测兔肾VX2肿瘤中的作用。方法采用超声引导下组织悬浊液注射法建立18只兔肾VX2肿瘤模型,应用2DUS、CDFI和CCD观察肾肿瘤的大小、形态、内部回声和血流表现,实时观察肿瘤在CEUS模式下的造影剂灌注。结果肿瘤2DUS以低回声-等回声为主要表现,形态呈圆形或欠规则,CDFI及CCD呈星点状、短棒状或树枝状血流。肿瘤大部分表现为低增强或者环形增强模式。结论常规超声可作为检测VX2兔肾肿瘤的有效手段,用来实时观察肿瘤的生长变化,CEUS能更好地反映了兔肾种植瘤的特征性血供及微血管灌注情况。Objective To analyze the appearance of renal VX2 tumor by conventional ultrasound （2DUS, CDFI, CCD） and real-time contrast enhanced .ultrasound （CEUS） and to evaluate the detection of renal VX2 tumor on CEUS. Methods Eighteen rabbit renal tumor models were established by pereutaneous inoculation of VX2 tumor tissues suspension into the rabbit kidney by ultrasound guidance. The renal VX2 tumors were evaluated by 2DUS, CDFI, CCD and CEUS. The tumor and renal parenehyma time-enhancement curve was also assessed. Results Tumors mainly showed round appearance with hypereehogenieity on 2DUS and demonstrated different vascular patterns on CDFI and CCD, such as fleck, strip, and branch vascular patterns. Almost all of tumors showed hypoeehoie enhancement and armillary enhancement during artery phase. Conclusion Real-time CEUS can reveal different microvaseular perfusion between the tumor and the renal cortex and can be an effective method to detect renal VX2 tumor.
