摘 要:目的探讨运用临床护理路径提高护生健康教育能力的影响。方法将236名护生分成实验组(114名)和对照组(122名),实验组在临床教学中运用临床护理路径(CNP)进行教学,对照组运用传统教学方法进行教学。结果两组护生健康教育能力和自我满足感比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论应用健康教育路径进行临床带教,既提高护生的健康教育能力,又增强护生自我满足感。Objective To investigate the effect of using the clinical nursing pathway to improve the health education capabilities of nursing students. Methods 236 nursing students were divided into the experiment group (n=114) and the control group (n=122). Clinical nursing pathway was applied in clinical nursing teaching for the experiment group. In the control group traditional teaching method was used. Result The health education capabilities and self-satisfaction of the nursing students in the experiment group were higher than that in the control group(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in clinical nursing teaching can improve the health education capabilities and self-satisfaction of nursing students.
