Mammotome微创手术与开放手术切除乳腺良性肿瘤75例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下的Mammotome旋切系统在乳腺良性肿瘤切除中的应用价值。方法对75例女性患者,分别建立治疗组35例(Mammotome微创技术)与对照组40例(开放手术)。对治疗组和对照组进行对比研究。结果治疗组和对照组病例均全部治愈,术后3个月、6个月复查B超均无肿瘤残留,无复发。通过对出血量、术口愈合时间、痊愈后瘢痕大小、乳房外形改变情况等指标比较,进行统计学分析,两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mammotome微创旋切系统以最小的创伤取得了满意诊疗效果,同时又保持乳房良好外观,值得推广。Objective To study the practical value of mammotome system conducted by ultrasound in treating breast benign tumor. Methods We divided 75 patients into two groups randomly,cured group including 35 examples（mini-cut mammotomy group ） and controlled group of 40 examples（opening operation one）. Results All the patients of treated group and controlled one were healed well. we rechecked the patients by ultrasound and there was no recurrence of breat tumor 3 months and 6 months after operation. By comparing the index of the two group such as blooding amount, incision healing time, scar size and breast shape,we found the two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion We not only have obtained satisfactory curative effect with minimum trauma but keep breast in good shape by mammotome system. It is a valuable method to generalization.
