摘　　要：随着市场经济体制改革的逐步深化和电力体制改革方案的深入实施,电网企业发展面临内外部环境发生了巨大变化。在借鉴相关理论知识和国外具有代表性电力企业实践经验的基础上,针对我国电力工业发展现状和我国企业的特点,提出优化我国电网企业负债规模的具体对策。The development of electric power enterprises are confronted with the enormous changes both inside and outside environment as the reform of the market economic system is gradually deepened and the scheme of the electric power institutional reform is step - by - step implemented. With the help of the related theories and practical experiences of foreign typical power enterprises, this paper advances the concrete approaches to optimizing liability scope of power grid enterprises in China on the basis of the current development situation of electrical industry and the characteristics of these power grid enterprises in China.
