CDX2在胃镜活检印戒细胞癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨尾型同源盒转录因子-2(CDX2)在胃印戒细胞癌和黄色斑鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法胃黏膜活检标本中印戒细胞癌22例、黄色斑15例。行HE染色、AB/PAS组织化学染色及AE1/AE3、CDX2和CD68免疫组化染色,光镜下观察。结果22例印戒细胞癌AE1/AE3全部(+),20例CDX2(+),CD68全部(-),21例AB/PAS(+)。15例黄色斑CD68全部(+),其余均为(-)。结论肠型上皮分化标记物CDX2在胃黏膜活检印戒细胞癌的鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the application value of CDX2 in differential diagnosis of gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma and xanthelasma. Methods Gastric mucosa biopsy specimens including 22 cases of signet-ring cell carcinoma, 15 cases of xanthelasma were analyzed. The specimens were observed under microscope after HE staining, AB/PAS histochemical staining and AE1/AF3, CDX2, CD68 immunohistochemical staining. Results Among 22 cases of gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma, all specimens demonstrated positive for AE1/AE3, 20 cases positive for CDX2 and all specimens negative for CD68, and 21 cases positive for AB/PAS. For the 15 cases of xanthelasma, all specimens demonstrated positive for CD68, and negative for other stain methods. Conclusion The study shows that the marker of intestinal epithelial differentiation CDX2 plays an important role in differential diagnosis of signet-ring cell carcinoma through gastric mucosa biopsy.
