摘　　要：对腈纶/天丝纤维混纺纱纺纱工艺流程和工艺参数进行了设计和优选。根据两种纤维长度和细度较为相近、都不含杂的特点,选择了在清棉工序进行混和的纺纱方案。通过优选纺纱各工序工艺参数和合理控制车间温湿度,成功开发出了新型针织内衣用混纺纱。Spinning process flow and processing parameters of acrylic/Tencel blended yarn are designed and optimized. Based on having similar fiber length and fiber fineness and no impurities contained, a spinning plan of mixing them in scutching process is selected. The new blended yarn for knitted underwear is thus successfully developed through optimizing processing parameters in each process and controlling temperature and humidity of workshop reasonably.
