摘　　要：目的:定义一个新的F.Smarandache函数(n),并研究其值分布问题.方法:利用初等方法及解析方法.结果:给出了函数(n)与n的最小素因子函数p(n)的均方差定理.结论:获得了一个较强的渐近公式.Aim：To define a new F. Smarandache function 3＇（n）, and study its value distribution problem. Methods： Using the elementary and analytic methods. Results： A mean square error theorem is given for S（n） and the smallest prime factor p（n） of n. Conclusion.. A sharper asymptotic formula is established.
