摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为成纤剂,与三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)溶液共混,湿法纺丝制得MF-PVA纤维。研究了后处理方式对MF-PVA纤维结构与性能的影响。结果表明:湿热处理有利于提高MF-PVA纤维的极限氧指数(LOI),其LOI最高达35;热定型处理后,纤维两相分离明显,纤维的力学性能、耐热水性能和结晶性能提高,其拉伸强度和水中软化点分别可达2.55 cN/dtex和104%;不同的后处理方式对纤维的热性能影响不大。Melamine formaldehyde-polyvinyl alcohol (MF-PVA) fiber was prepared via wet spinning process from the blend solution of PVA as a fiber-forming agent and MF solution. The effects of post-treatment technology on the structure and properties of MF-PVA fiber were studied. The results showed that wet heat treatment helped to improve the limiting oxygen index ( LOI ) of MF-PVA fiber which could be maximized as 35. After the heat treatment, the fiber showed obvious two-phase separation, mechanical properties, hot water resistance and crystallinity improved and tensile strength and softening point in water up to 2.55 cN/dtex and 104℃ respectively. The post-treatment technology had no great effect on the thermal property of the fiber.
