摘　　要：以竹席、杨木单板、底层纸和水溶性酚醛树脂胶为原料,将竹席先行水煮、然后进行干燥、浸胶并再干燥,杨木单板进行两次双面涂胶,底层纸则通过浸胶、干燥成胶膜纸,然后组合成以竹帘为芯层,杨木单板为内层,胶膜纸为表层的板坯,采用"冷—热—冷"胶合工艺,压制成强度高,吸水厚度膨胀率小的竹木层积塑化板。The panels are made with bamboo mats, poplar veneers, bottom paper and water-soluble PF, Firstly, steep bamboo mat in PF resin after braising and drying, then dry it again, spread glue on two sides of polar veneer twice, steep the bottom paper in glue and then dry. Using bamboo as core, polar veneer as cross band and paper as face, then press them together using ＂ cold-hot-cold＂ process, we can get the plastic panel of laminated bamboo and wood. The intensity of the panel is higher and its thickness swell is lower.
