摘　　要：针对铁路系统对调度员提出的更高要求和车站本身不能提供相应的培训服务这一矛盾,首先提出一个用软件模拟微机联锁信号系统的方法来解决这个问题的思路,然后引入数据库管理系统和面向对象程序设计的概念将其扩展为通用的培训系统,最后分别就其软、硬件及网络的设计与实现过程进行详细地阐述。With the rapid development of railway system, dispatchers were demanded to operate more accurately. However railway stations could not provide correlative training because of their busy daily works. To solve this problem, it was given an idea of software simulation. Then, with the help of DBMS and OOP, the Simulation System could be used in all stations. At last, it was expounded the frames of the software and hardware of the System in detail.
