摘  要:目的:研究SKP2、P27、Galectin-3在子宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化二步法检测SKP2、P27、Galectin-3蛋白在CIN60例、慢性宫颈炎20例、正常宫颈20例中的表达。结果:SKP2、Galectin-3阳性细胞主要分布在上皮内瘤变的鳞状细胞及部分基底细胞中,而P27阳性细胞主要分布在中表层非上皮内瘤变的鳞状细胞中。SKP2、Galectin-3在CINⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组中的阳性率明显高于正常宫颈、慢性宫颈炎组(P<0.05),其阳性率随CIN级别的增加而升高。SKP2在CINⅢ组中的阳性率明显高于CINⅠ组(P<0.05)。P27在CINⅡ、Ⅲ组中的阳性率明显低于正常宫颈、慢性宫颈炎组(P<0.05)。SKP2、Galectin-3两者与P27阳性表达呈负相关,其阳性表达在CIN中与患者民族、年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:随宫颈CIN级别的增加,SKP2高表达而P27低表达,两者呈负相关,与宫颈恶性肿瘤的发生、发展有关。SKP2、P27联合检测有助于慢性宫颈炎与CIN的鉴别。Galectin-3在宫颈CIN中可能起促进作用。Objective: To study the expression of SKP2. Galectin-3. P27 and their clinicopathological significance in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: The expression of SKP2. Galectin -3 and P27 were examined by using immunohistochemical two steps method in 60 cases of CIN, 20 cases of cervical chronic inflammation and 20 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results: The positive cells of SKP2 and Galectin-3 were mainly distributed in the squamous cells of CIN and partly basilar cells. But the positive cells of P27 were mainly distributed in superficial and intermediate squamous cells without CIN. The positive rate of SKP2 and Galectin-3 was significantly higher in cases of CINⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ than that in cases of cervical chronic inflammation and normal cervical tissue ( P 〈 0.05 ), its positive rate increased with the increasing grads in CIN. The positive rate of SKP2 in CIN Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in CIN I (P 〈 0.05). But the positive rate of P27 was significantly lower in cases of CIN Ⅱ、Ⅲ than that in cases of cervical chronic inflammation and normal cervical tissue( P 〈 0.05 ). The closely negative correlation was found between the positive expression of SKP2 ,Galectin-3 and P27. The expressions of them were not related to patient nation and age in CIN( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions: The higher expression of SKP2 and lower expression of P27 with the increasing grads in CIN might be related to the carcinogenesis and progression of cervical malignant tumors, and they are closely negative correlation. The combination of SKP2 and P27 would help in the identification between cervical chronic inflammation and CIN. Galectin-3 might have a facilitative role in the CIN.
