摘　　要：本文从知识管理和知识管理者的产生背景谈起,阐述了知识管理者和知识主管的关系,为了更清楚地定位知识管理者的角色,还将知识管理者和信息管理者、知识主管和信息主管进行了对比并且分别阐明了他们的角色定位,最后提出了知识经济时代知识管理者的职业素质要求。Beginning with how and when knowledge management and knowledge administrator come into being, the paper mainly expounds the relationship between knowledge administrator and CKO. To locate the role of knowledge administrator more clearly, the authors make contrast of knowledge administrator and information administrator, as well as CKO and CIO. Furthermore, the location of their roles is clarified in the paper. Finally, the authors bring forward some requirements, which standardize the profession disposition of knowledge administrator in the knowledge--based economy age.
