摘　　要：如何对侦查权进行有效控制一直是我国刑事司法实践中的难题。在传统理论关注微观领域的制度构建时,本文试图从一种宏观的视野出发来重新探讨侦查权控制的相关问题,并拟从程序控制与权利制约两个角度来探讨和谐社会语境下侦查权控制的基本理念。It is difficult to find an effective way to control investigation right in our criminal justice practice. In the time of traditional theory where micro system are emphasized to construct, the paper tries to discuss the related issues on the control of investigation right from the macro perspective and plans to discuss the basic concepts on the control of investigation right from procedure control and right constraint in the context of harmonious society.
