摘　　要：公安培训教育是公安队伍建设的重要举措。在科学发展观的指导下,人的发展是一切发展的目的和归宿。因而,在教育观念上同样呈现出新的特点,要求公安培训教育要贯彻以人为本的理念,以尊重个性差异、尊重成人教育规律、注重素质教育为取向。Police training education is the important initiatives for police construction. Directed by scientific concept of development, the development of people is the aim and the end of all developments. So new features of educational concept take on. It is demanded that police training education should implement the human - rooted concept and have the orientation of respecting personal difference ana rules of adult educatien, and stressing quality education.
