摘  要:对小麦淀粉废水的主要组分和化学需氧量(COD)进行了测定,并研究了用酶预处理淀粉废水的工艺。结果表明,该淀粉废水中大部分有机质是淀粉,平均含量为227g/100ml,另外含还原糖008g/100ml,粗蛋白027g/100ml,灰分0039g/100ml,pH376,酶处理能显著提高废水的还原糖含量。淀粉废水加12u/ml的α-淀粉酶至液化完全,还原糖占总糖的42%,液化后的淀粉废水加5u/ml的液体葡萄糖淀粉酶糖化5h后,还原糖占总糖的96%。The contents of main composition and COD in the wheat starch wastewater were determined, and the technique of the wastewater pretreatment by amylases was studied The results showed that most of the organic substances in the wastewater was starch with 227 g/100ml, and the contents of reducing sugar, raw protein and mineral were 008 g/100ml, 027 g/100ml, and 0039 g/100ml, respectively, with the pH of 376 Its COD content reached to 41000 mg/l The pretreatment by amylases could enhance the content of reducing sugar in the wastewater effectively The wastewater had been liquefied by α-amylase with the addition of 12 u/ml, and the liquefied wastewater had been saccharificated by glucoamylase with the addition of 5 u/ml for about 5h, the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar reached to 42% and 96%, respectively The producing way of the wastewater from starch processing was also described
