摘 要:对小麦淀粉废水的主要组分和化学需氧量(COD)进行了测定,并研究了用酶预处理淀粉废水的工艺。结果表明,该淀粉废水中大部分有机质是淀粉,平均含量为227g/100ml,另外含还原糖008g/100ml,粗蛋白027g/100ml,灰分0039g/100ml,pH376,酶处理能显著提高废水的还原糖含量。淀粉废水加12u/ml的α-淀粉酶至液化完全,还原糖占总糖的42%,液化后的淀粉废水加5u/ml的液体葡萄糖淀粉酶糖化5h后,还原糖占总糖的96%。The contents of main composition and COD in the wheat starch wastewater were determined, and the technique of the wastewater pretreatment by amylases was studied The results showed that most of the organic substances in the wastewater was starch with 227 g/100ml, and the contents of reducing sugar, raw protein and mineral were 008 g/100ml, 027 g/100ml, and 0039 g/100ml, respectively, with the pH of 376 Its COD content reached to 41000 mg/l The pretreatment by amylases could enhance the content of reducing sugar in the wastewater effectively The wastewater had been liquefied by α-amylase with the addition of 12 u/ml, and the liquefied wastewater had been saccharificated by glucoamylase with the addition of 5 u/ml for about 5h, the ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar reached to 42% and 96%, respectively The producing way of the wastewater from starch processing was also described
