中药薤白炮制前后无机元素与氨基酸的含量分析

摘　　要：应用ICP法和日立835－50型氨基酸自动分析仪，分别测定了中药薤白炮制前后无机元素和氨基酸含量并进行了比较，为其在营养、保健和药用等方面的应用提供了参考依据。In this paper,the contents of inorgaric elements and amino acids in Allium macrostemon Bunge before and after processing were analyzed and determined by ICP-AES and HITACHI835-50 Amino acid Analyzer. The comparison provided the reference basis for its application in nutrition,health care and medication.
