摘　　要：通过实证对房地产开发企业失败原因做深入分析,在企业运行的各个方面寻找导致房地产开发企业失败的原因,建立房地产开发企业失败的预测模型,从而使企业失败发生之前及时得到警示,继而积极采取相应措施减少失败发生的可能性。Based on inspection of the failure phenomenon of the real estate enterprises from the empirical perspective, the author seeks for the law behind the failure problems of the real estate enterprises from all aspects in the running course of the enterprises, trying to build the predictive model of the real estate enterprises in order to warn the enterprises before they fail, and then take corresponding measures actively to reduce the possibility of failure.
