摘  要:目的探讨光照周期变化对小鼠活动节律及生长的影响。方法利用不同光暗周期(LD5/5、LD10/10、LD12/12、LD14/14、LD16/16)对小鼠施加影响,观察小鼠活动性变化,并检测其生长速度和血浆皮质酮水平。结果备组小鼠活动性周期与光暗循环周期一致,LD5/5、LD16/16组的生长速度快于其余三组,LD5/5、LD16/16血浆皮质酮水平高于LD12/12组。结论小鼠的活动可以很好的适应环境变化,但超过其近日节律可调范围(20-28h)的光暗循环条件可影响其生长,很可能使其处于应激状态。Objective To study the effect of dark-light cycles on the activity rhythm and growth in mice. Methods Under the condition of different dark-light cycles of LD5/5, LD10/10, LD12/12,LD14/14 and LD16/16,the activity variances of mice was observed and their growth velocity and plasma corticosterone levels were measured. Results The biological rhythms of locomotor activity in these mice were synchronized with the relative light-dark cycles. The corticosterone level and growth velocity in LD5/5 and LD16/16 circles were higher than those in LD10/10, LD12/12 and LD14/14 ones. Conclusion The activity of mice can accommodate variation of environment well, however, their growth could he influenced by the dark-light cycles ,which is beyond the adjustable range of circadian and maybe makes them in a stringent state.
