摘　　要：目的了解住院老年患者死亡教育的需求及影响因素。方法自行设计调查表,对216例住院老年患者进行调查。结果大部分患者不愿意接受死亡教育;患者的文化程度、宗教信仰、患重病史、与垂危患者接触史、谈论死亡情形、目前身心状况等影响住院老年患者的死亡教育需求。结论重视对住院老年患者的死亡教育,以提高患者临终期的生存质量。Objective To study the needs of palliative care education for aged patients in hospital and the influencing factors. Method Investigate 216 patients in hospital by self- designed questionnaire. Result Most patients are not willing to accept palliative care education. Patients＇ education level, faith, medical history, the contact history of patients in danger, talking about death situation and mental condition at present influence the needs of education for aged patients in hospital. Conclusion Paying more attention to aged patients＇ needs of palliative care education can improve the life quality of patients in last period.
