食管癌组织中E-cadherin的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨钙粘附蛋白-E(E-cad-herin)在食管癌组织中的表达及与肿瘤临床病理特征和预后之间的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学方法检测41例食管癌组织标本和10例相应患者正常食管组织标本中E-cadherin的表达水平。结果:E-cadher-in在食管癌组织中的表达显著降低,与肿瘤临床分期(rs=-0.488,P=0.001)、分化程度(rs=-0.346,P=0.045)、浸润深度(rs=-0.468,P=0.002)及淋巴结转移(rs=-0.471,P=0.002)呈明显负相关;与肿瘤体积、部位及患者性别、年龄无关,P>0.05;并且与患者的预后密切相关,χ2=14.90,P=0.0001。结论:E-cadherin可作为检测肿瘤早期发生,预测转移潜能及预后状况的有价值的指标。OBJECTIVE： To study the relationship between the expression of E-cadberin and clinicopatbological characteristics and prognosis in human esophageal carcinoma （EC）. METHODS： The expression of E-cadberin was detected in 41 EC specimens and 10 normal tissue specimens with SP immunobistocbemical staining. RESULTS： Compared with the normal epithelial tissues, the expression of E-cadberin in EC was significantly decreased. The expression of E-cadberin was closely correlated with the clinical stage （rs = -0.488,P=0.001）,lymph node metastasis （rs=-0.471, P= 0.002）, degree of differentiation（rs=-0.346, P=0.045）, depth of invasion（rs =-0. 468, P=0. 002）, but cubic capacity, tumor location, gender and age of patients in EC, P〉0.05. In addition, the expression of E-cadherin was closely correlated with the prognosis in EC, χ^2 = 14. 90, P = 0. 000 1. CONCLUSION： E-cadherin can be used as a valuable index for monitoring tumor early onset and predict potential metastasis and prognostic conditions.
