摘 要:多年来,我国汽车缸套的铸造生产工艺始终是传统的砂型铸造生产工艺,该工艺具有产品质量差,废品率较高,制造成本高,劳动强度大且劳动条件差,环境污染重,产品寿命低等致命弱点。以充分的理论根据和丰富的实践经验较全面地分析了大胆采用国内外先进的离心铸造新工艺代替传统的砂型铸造工艺生产汽车缸套的可能性,从而提高了汽车的质量及寿命,以适应汽车高速、重载的需要,增强了汽车运行的可靠性及使用寿命。For years, the casting technology of automobile cylinder lining in China has always been traditional sandmold-type one, which is characterized by poor quality, high cost, high labor intensity, serious pollution, low lifespan. The study here demonstrated the possibility which a new and advanced method of centrifugal Casting displaces traditional one. As a result, the quality of automobile can be improved to meet the need of high speed and heavy load and to ensure the reliability and lifespan of automobile.
