脑梗塞患者血小板膜流动性与血脂的相关研究

摘　　要：本文对４９例脑梗塞病人的血小板膜流动性，血脂及血浆载脂蛋白进行了测定，发现脑梗塞患者血小板膜流动性显著低于对照组，与血浆ＬＤＬ／ＨＤＬ、ＡｐｏＢ呈明显负相关，与ＡｐｏＡ－１呈正相关，而与血浆胆固醇无明显相关性，提示：检血浆脂质、载脂蛋白能够很好的反映血小板膜流动性的改变。We measured the membrane fluidity on platelet、plasmalipids、ApoA Ⅰ、ApoB、LDL and HDL in 49 ischemic stroke patients and 29 controls.We found that the membrane fluidity in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than that in controls,the membrane fluidity had a negative correlation with plasma the ratio LDL to HDL、plasma ApoA Ⅰ,and had a positive correlation with ApoB,but had no relationship with plasma cholesterol.
