摘　　要：印花头是旋转式自动印花机的重要部件之一,其刮刀的速度和运动范围直接影响丝网印花的质量与效率,本文介绍了可编程控制器与变频器构成的低成本示教印花头控制系统的工作原理及软硬件实现方法,应用具有示教功能的印花头能方便实现速度和位置参数的调节,减少辅助时间。Printing-head is an important part of rotary auto-printing-machine, the quality and efficiency of the screen printing are directly affected by the speed and motion range of the printing- stroke. In this paper, a low-cost teaching control system of the printing-head consisting of PLC and inverter is introduced, the parameters of speed and position can be conveniently adjusted by using this teaching printing-head, then the productivity is increased.
