There are positive emotions and negative emotions. It would advance people by the positive ones, and bring harm to them by the negative ones. It has specially means to manager's negative emotions for the emotions management. The paper discusses the component of the sources of the manager's negative emotions, the influence factors, and the relationship between the manager's negative emotions and their performances.
