摘  要:目的:探讨白细胞介素10(IL-10)及18(IL-18)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)与多发性硬化(MS)的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)动态监测43例不同分型的MS患者(MS组)和45例健康对照组(NC组)血清中IL-10、IL-18及IFN-γ的水平。结果:MS组血清IL-10及IL-18水平均明显高于NC组(P<0.01);MS组患者急性发作期血清IL-10水平明显低于稳定期;而IL-18水平明显高于稳定期(均P<0.01);重型患者血清IL-18水平明显高于轻型。经过免疫抑制剂治疗后,MS组血清中IL-10水平明显升高,而IL-18水平明显降低(均P<0.01)。结论:IL-10I、L-18参与MS的免疫发病过程;血清IL-18可作为观察MS患者病情及判断治疗效果的可靠指标。免疫抑制疗法的部分机制可能与下调IL-18和上调IL-10等两类细胞因子网络的平衡有关。Objective:To explore the relationship between interleukin-10 (IL-10), IL-18 and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in serum and multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods:The levels of IL-10, IL-18 and IFN-γwere detected by ELISA in 43 MS patients and 45 normal controls (NC). Results:The levels of IL-10 and IL-18 in MS group were significantly higher than in NC group (P〈0.01). The levels of IL-10 during acute episode were significantly lower, while those of IL-18 higher than in stable phase (P〈0.01). The levels of IL-18 in MS of gravis type was significantly higher than in MS of mild type. The levels of IL-10 in MS was obviously increased, while those of IL-18 significantly reduced after the treatment of immunodepressant (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Both IL-10 and IL-18 are involved in the process of MS pathogenesis. The level of IL-18 is a reliable parameter in evaluating the disabilities in MS. The mechanism of MP therapy may be partly due to the balancing effect on the CK network.
