摘　　要：目的了解眶内容摘除术的适应证及眶腔修复方法。方法对66例眶内容摘除术患者进行回顾性研究,对全部病例的临床资料、诊断、术式及眶腔修复进行仔细分析。结果行全眶内容摘除术61例,行前部眶内容摘除术3例（均为恶性）,后部眶内容摘除术2例。随访到30例,随访时间2-52个月,平均17.1个月,19例病情恢复良好,肿瘤无复发;11例复发,其中3例死亡。结论眶内容摘除术是治疗眼眶恶性肿瘤和部分良性病变的一种方法,但应严格掌握适应证,根据患者具体情况选择合适的术式及修复方法。Objective To analyze the indications and orbital reconstruction of exenteration.Methods Sixty-six cases with orbital exenteration were analyzed retrospectively.Clinical records,diagnosis,surgical procedures and orbital reconstruction were reviewed.Results Sixty-one cases were approached with total orbital exenteration,three cases with malignant melanoma were performed with ante-exenteration,two cases were treated with post-exentration.Thirty cases were follwed up for 2-52 months（means 17.1 months）.Nineteen cases were healed and eleven cases were recurrent in which three cases died.Conclusion Exenteration is a procedure which was used for orbital malignant tumors and some certain benign tumor.But indications must be handled strictly.Operations and orbital reconstructions should be performed according to patients＇ conditions.
