摘　　要：随着社会和科技的发展,人们对视觉质量的要求逐渐提高,新技术新方法不断应用于眼屈光手术。但夜间视觉质量问题仍广泛存在,并已引起眼科学者的重视。目前,关于夜间视觉干扰症状的定义、检测方法和手段并未标准化,其相关因素亦在深入研究中。本文对准分子激光角膜屈光术后夜间视觉质量问题进行概述,介绍夜间视觉干扰症状的概念与检测手段、相关因素及其临床处理方法,并提出一系列预防和改进措施。With the development of society and the improvement of science and technology,more attention has been paid to visual quality and more new technologies are applied to corneal refractive surgery.However,night visual quality still existed.The defination and examination of night visual disturbances are not standardized.This article aims to explain the definition,clinical tests and the related factors of night vision disturbances.
