摘　　要：目的:评价男性乳腺癌术后放疗的疗效.方法:无远处转移的手术后男性乳腺癌患者41例进行回顾性分析,其中19例接受术后放疗(S+RT组),22例未接受术后放疗(S组).结果:S+RT组3,5,10a局部控制率分别为100%,92%和81%,S组为76%,63%和47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);S+RT组3,5,10a生存率分别为84%,71%和56%,S组为68%,47%和47%,差异无统计学意义.结论:放射治疗是男性乳腺癌术后辅助治疗的有效手段.AIM： To evaluate the efficacy of post-operative radiotherapy on man breast cancer （MBC）. METHODS： The data of 41 post-operative MBC patients were retrospectively analysed; 19 patients were treated with post-operative radiotherapy （ S ＋ RT group） , while the other 22 patients only received surgery （S group）. RESULTS： The 3-, 5- and 10-year local diseasefree rates were better in S ＋ RT group （ 100% , 92% and 81% ） than in S group （76% , 63% and 47% ）. However, no significant difference was found in the survival rate between the two groups. CONCLUSION： Radiotherapy is effective as an adjuvant therapy to MBC by improving the local control.
