摘 要:针对马铃薯收获过程中的碰撞损伤问题,对不同高度下落的新鲜马铃薯进行碰撞试验,根据淀粉变色原理,将马铃薯损伤程度分为3个级别;用拉伸试验确定马铃薯皮的弹性模量和破坏强度,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立其力学模型,对马铃薯碰撞进行有限元分析得到应力等值图,并将有限元分析结果与碰撞试验结果比较。结果表明:当马铃薯下落高度为20-30 cm时,其碰撞应力值为1.01×10^6-1.15×10^6Pa,低于马铃薯的破坏强度值,此时马铃薯损伤率〈4%,且能避免收获机输送臂碰撞马铃薯。所获得的实验数值可为马铃薯联合收获机输送臂防碰撞控制的研究提供参考。Aiming at bruising damage during potato harvesting, drop experiments from different heights were conducted for tuber bruising, according to the principle of becoming different colors when amylum was caught in iodine. The mechanical impact damage was divided into three degrees, the mechanical parameters of potato obtained by peel stretching, the mechanical model of potato was established using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software; the potato bruising damage analyzed by the finite element; and the stress distribution and change of inner potato obtained by damage simulation. The values of critical dropping heights were determined by comparing the model calculation with the experimental results. For the dropping heights of 20 cm and 30 cm, the data range of stress is (1.01±1.15) × 10^6 Pa, which are less than the value of failure strength, the damage rate of potato is less than 4%, which provides a reference for controlling the position of the elevator of a potato harvester.
