胸腔镜检查在胸膜间皮瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价胸腔镜检查对胸膜间皮瘤的诊断价值。方法在全身麻醉下进行胸腔镜检查,直视下取病变部位进行病理组织学检查。结果8例病人顺利获得病理组织诊断。结论胸腔镜检查对胸膜间皮瘤是一种安全有效的诊断方法。Objective To assess the diagnosis of thoracoscopy in pleural mosothehoma. Methods Thoracoscopy with a single opening was performed using a rigid thoracoscopy under general anesthesia with neuroleptunalgesia. Biopsies were taken under visual control for optical microscopic examination. Result All of 8cases had underwent and toleranced the thoracoscopy. The biopsies were taken smoothly. General pathologic examenation the pleural mesothelioma. Conclusion Thoracoscopy is a safe and effective measure in the diagnosis of pleural mesothelioma.
