白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术的临床效果

摘　　要：本研究论述了超声乳化术的特点和临床效果,总结了35例白内障超声乳化、人工晶体植入(6mm 切口)的随访结果。术后3个月,裸眼视力≥1.0者占69.5%;≥0.8者占80.5%;≥0.5者占98%,术后平均散光度为0.50±0.15D,小于同期施行的35例大切口(9～11mm 切口)的对照组。可见超声乳化比囊外摘除更具优势。The study discusses the characteristics and clinical results of phacoemusification of cataract and summrizes the follow-up results on 35 eyes of 35 patients undergoing phacoemusification and intraocular lens implantation(6mm incision).Three months postoperatively,the postoperative eyes whose uncorrected visual acuity was greater than or equal to 1.0,0.8 and 0.5 accounted for 69.5%,80. 5%and 98%of the 35 operated eyes,respectively.The postoperative mean astigmatism was 0.50±0.15D,which was significantly lower than that in the large incision group(9 ～11mm incisions,P<0.01).Thirty-five eyes of the large incision group were operated on in the same period as the phacoemusificatin group.We conclude that the phacoemusification is superior to large incision extracapsular cataract extraction.
