吗丁啉对胃节律紊乱的治疗作用

摘　　要：为探讨吗丁啉对胃节律紊乱的治疗作用,观察30例胃节律紊乱患者服用吗丁啉30～60mg/d2周后其临床症状改善情况,并描记服药前后胃电图进行比较。结果30例胃节律紊乱患者服药后痊愈12例,显效6例,有效5例,总有效率为76%。胃电图频率及振幅与服药前比较有显著性差异。提示吗丁啉对胃节律紊乱有明显治疗作用。To inquire into the therapeutic effect of domperidone tablets on gastric dysrhythemia.clinical symptoms and changes of electrogastograms were observed in 30 cases of gastric dysrhythemia.After 2 weeks of treatment with 30～60mg/d of domperidone tablets,12 of the 30 patients were cured,6 had excellent results,and 5 had fair efficacy,with a total response rate of 76%.Frequency and amplitude of electrogastograms showed obvious difference between pretreatment and posttreatment.The results suggest that the domperidone tablets has significant therapeutic effect on gastric dysrhythemia.
