摘　　要：西方不同发展阶段的管理思想呈现出不同的管理倾向。其中,古典管理理论阶段呈现出"理性"管理倾向,行为科学管理理论阶段呈现出"非理性"管理倾向,现当代管理理论阶段呈现出"理性.非理性"管理倾向。"理性.非理性"倾向将是未来管理思想的主流发展图景。Western management theory at different stages presents a different tendency. A- mong them, the theory of classical management shows a “rationality” tendency, while the theory of behavior scientific management shows an “irrationality” tendency, and the theory of modern management reveals a “rationality and irrationality” tendency. The “rationality and irrationality” tendency will be the blueprint of the theory of management in the future.
