肺癌血清中CEA、CA125、CA199的水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌患者治疗前血清中CEA、CA125、CA199的水平与临床分期的关系。方法:采用化学发光免疫法对82例肺癌患者(均经TNM分期)、50例肺部感染性疾病患者、20例健康者分别进行血清CEA、CA125、CA199的检测。结果:肺癌患者血清CEA水平明显高于肺部感染性疾病及健康人(P<0.01?,而且与肺癌的临床分期呈直线正相关(r=0.99,P<0.05?,肺部感染性疾病与健康人差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺癌患者血清CA125水平明显高于肺部感染性疾病(P<0.01),但与肺癌的临床分期不呈直线正相关,肺部感染性疾病明显高于健康人(P<0.01?;血清CA199水平在三组中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺癌患者血清中有CEA、CA125的过度表达,CEA的表达与肺癌的临床分期有关,即与肿瘤的恶性度有关;三组均无CA199的过度表达。Objective： To explore the expression of serum CEA.CA125.CA199 proteins in human lung cancer before treatment, and the correlation between the 3 tumor markers and clinical stages. Methods： By chemical luminal immunoassay （CLIA）, the expression of the 3 tumor markers were detected in 82 patients with lung cancer, 50 patients with infectious lung diseases and 20 normal person. The patients with lung cancer were staged with TNM staging. Results. The level of serum CEA was significantly higher in lung cancer than that in infectious lung diseases and normal person （P〈0. 01）, and was in direct correlation in straight line with TNM staging （r=0. 99 ,P〈0. 05）. The difference between the two latter groups was no statistically significant（P〉0. 05）. The level of serum CA125 was notably higher in lung cancer than that in infectious lung diseases, but wasn＇t in direct correlation in straight line with TNM staging. That was obvious higher in infectious lung diseases than that in normal person（P〈0. 01）. The difference of CA199 among the three groups was no statistically significant（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion.. Over expression of CEA, CA125 are in lung cancer, and the level of CEA is positive related to TNM staging, suggesting that CEA is associated with lung cancer malignancy. There is no over expression of CA199 in three groups.
