摘　　要：介绍了龙头山隧道双侧壁导坑施工工艺的优化过程,实践证明,采用增加横通道的施工方案,可加快施工进度,减少成本,提高工效;将双侧壁导坑施工改为双侧壁上下台阶,可提高劳动生产率,缩短工期。This paper introduced the optimization of the Longtou mountain tunnel double-sidewall guiding-hole construction,proposed the plan of adding the horizontal channel,the optimazation speeded up the construction procedure, reduced the cost, and enhanced the work efficiency, changed the method.
