制约我国民办高校发展的内部因素分析及建议

摘　　要：文章主要讨论了制约我国民办高等教育发展的经费和人员两大内部因素,并在此基础上,提出了促进民办高校发展的四点建议。Interior factors restricting the development of non-governmental higher education institutions are： serious lack of fund, low quality of administrative staff, unstable teaching staff and bad student source. Therefore, from the perspective of striving for exterior support, non-governmental higher education institution should struggle for governmental financial fund and subsidy actively. From the perspective of enhancing interior administration and teaching level, firstly, non-governmental higher education institution should employ management and administration talents openly and offer training opportunities to them periodically; secondly, progressively enhance the level of teaching staff in long and short term; thirdly, make enrollment and graduation more strictly to enhance students＇ quality on the whole.
