摘  要:目的探讨血清N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、羟脯氨酸(Hyp)和透明质酸(HA)含量测定在肝纤维化辅助诊断中的应用价值。方法以四氯化碳(CCl4)高脂低蛋白复合因素诱发大鼠肝硬化模型,以分光光度计比色法和放射免疫分析法检测了20例肝硬化大鼠和96例各型慢性肝病患者上述指标。结果NAG、ADA、Hyp和HA含量:在肝硬化大鼠明显高于正常大鼠相应指标(P<0.05或0.01);在慢性迁延型肝炎(CPH,35例)、慢性活动型肝炎(CAH,30例)和肝炎后肝硬化(LC,31例)组,均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05或0.001,但CPH组ADA除外),且LC>CAH>CPH。结论NAG、ADA、Hyp和HA含量测定在肝纤维化辅助诊断中具有良好应用价值。Objective To study the applicable value of acetylglucosaminidase (NAG), adenosine deaminase (ADA), hydroxyproline (Hyp) and hyaluronate (HA) in the detection of auxiliary diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis. Methods The model of rat liver cirrhosis (LC) was induced with a combination of carbon tetrachloride (CC14), high fatty foods, and low protein foods. The four targets listed above came from 20 rats with LC and 96 patients with chronic liver diseases. The targets were then studied using colorimetric analysis with spectrophotometer and radioimmunological analysis. Results In the group of rats with LC, the contents of the four targets were markedly increased compared with the normal group of rats ( P <0.05 or 0.01, respectively). All the above targets in chronic persistant hepatitis (CPH, 35 patients), chronic active hepatitis (CAH, 30 patients) and LC(31 patients) were significantly increased as compared with the healthy donors respectively ( P <0.05 or 0 001), except for the ADA in CPH. And the levels of the targets in LC>in CAH>in CPH. Conclusion All the results above demonstrated that the detection of NAG, ADA, Hyp, and HA contents is of good applicable value in auxiliary diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
