摘　　要：目的:观察中药治疗眼肌型重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法:对230例眼肌型重症肌无力患者运用中医理论辨证施治,治疗6个月。结果:230例中临床痊愈104例,显效72例,好转34例,无效20例,总有效率为91.3%。结论:采用中医药分型治疗眼肌型重症肌无力疗效较好。Objective： To observe the curative effect of TCM therapy on myasthenia gravis of ocular type.Method： 230 cases of myasthenia gravis of ocular type were treated with the method of diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient＇s condition guided by TCM theory. The course of the treatment was 6 months. Result： Among 230 cases, 104 cases were cured, 72 cases were excellent, 34 cases were improved and 20 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.3%. Conclusion： The curative effect of TCM therapy on myasthenia gravis of ocular type is good and identified by treatment determination in grouping.
