降脂平肝汤对脂肪肝大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂平肝汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:21只Wister大鼠随机分为正常对照组、NAFLD组和降脂平肝汤组。除正常组饲以普通饲料外,其余两组采用富含高不饱和脂肪酸的高脂饮食16周复制大鼠NAFLD模型,降脂平肝汤组同时以降脂平肝汤混悬液灌胃。观察动物一般情况和肝组织细胞脂变及炎症活动程度,检测肝组织Tch、TG、血清ALT、空腹血糖(FBS)和空腹胰岛素(FINS)含量,计算肝指数、胰岛素抵抗指数(FIRI)。结果:中药给药明显改善了NAFLD大鼠的肝指数、肝组织脂肪变程度、炎症活动程度,肝组织Tch与TG含量、FBS与FINS、FIRI均比NAFLD组显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:降脂平肝汤可以通过减轻大鼠IR、调节脂质代谢起到防治NAFLD的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of decoction of lowering lipin to calm the liver on insulin resistance of non -alcohol adiposis hepatica rats, and to approach the mechanism of action as well. Method： 21 Wister rats had been chosen and divided into 3 groups which were normal control group, NAFLD group and group of decoction of lowering lipin to calm the liver. Normal group was fed up with common feedstuff, and the other two groups were made into NAFLD models by feeding up with high fat diet full of unsaturated fatty acid for 16 weeks. At the same time the group of decoction of lowering lipin to calm the liver was administrated with decoction of lowering lipin to calm the liver by intragastric administration. Then the rats＇ general state of health, liver histiocyte cytolipin change and degree of inflammation were observed, Tch, TG, ALT, FBS and FINS were tested, and liver index and FIRI were calculated. Result： The Chinese decoction improved the NAFLD rats＇ liver indexes, the degree of liver histiocyte cytolipin changes and the degree of inflammation significantly. Tch, TG, ALT, FBS, FINS and FIRI were lowered significantly （P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Decoction of lowering lipin to calm the liver can prevent rats from NAFLD by relieving IR and regulating lipid metabolism.
