奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜的抗炎和体外抑菌作用

摘　　要：目的:观察奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜的抗炎和体外抑菌作用。方法:通过小鼠耳肿胀试验、小鼠毛细血管通透性试验、小鼠肉芽肿试验,观察奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜对急、慢性炎症的作用;通过体外抑菌试验,观察奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜的抑菌作用。结果:奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜中、高剂量组降低伊文思蓝的吸收,与空白组比较差异有显著性;奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性,降低左右耳片重量差值,其中、高剂量组与空白组比较差异有显著性;奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜对小鼠急性炎症有抑制作用,能降低肉芽干重,其高剂量组与空白组比较差异有极显著性;奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜体外对致病菌有明显的抑菌作用(P<0.01)。结论:奥硝唑口腔黏贴膜具有抗炎、抑菌的作用。OBJECTIVE To oberive the anti-inflammation and in vitro bacteriostasis effect of omidazole oral film.METHODS Get through of little mice tail-flick test and little mouse hot plate testing, observe nitre thiazole oral cavity paste function of analgesic of membrane; through little mice ear swelling and little mice capillary penetrating test and little mice granulation swollen test, observe the oral cavity of nitre thiazole of paste the membrane to the function of acute inflammation and chronic inflammation; Restrain fungus test, reflect nitre thiazole oral cavity paste the hacteriostasis of the membrane outside body. RESULTS Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane, meddle and high dosage group lengthen little mouse flict the tail and lick foot time, compare with the control group, have significance differences; Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane is to reduce the absorb degree, there are statistics meanings compare with the meddle or high dosage group and control group c, Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane suppress little mouse capillary penetrating, nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane reduce about ear slices of weight difference, compare with the meddle or high dosage group and control group, has difference statistics meanings. Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane have inhibition to little mouse acute inflammation, nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane reduce weight of dried granulation, between the meddle or high dosage group and control group, has statistics meaning. Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane suppress big mouse granulation swollen hyperplasia, has resist function of inflammation; Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane have obvious antibacterial activity outside the body to germ. CONCLUSION Nitre thiazole oral cavity paste membrane has obvious annlgestic, anti-inflammatory, Restrain the fungus in function of fungus.
