摘 要:针对国内数码提花织机控制系统集成度较低的问题,设计了织机和电子提花龙头的联合控制系统——数码织机控制系统。控制系统采用主从方式,主控制器基于ARM处理器,从控制器基于51单片机,二者通过CAN总线通信。以μC/OS-Ⅱ作为系统软件的实时操作系统,软件采用基于优先级的多任务设计,利用操作系统进行任务调度和通信。实际试用表明,该系统具有较好的可维护性,且方便系统升级。With a view to solving the problem of low integration control system of digital weaving machine at home, this paper developed a control system of digital weaving machine, which can control loom and jacquard simultaneously. A 32 bit ARM microprocessor and 51 MCU were suggested as the master control unit and slave control respectively, they communicated through CAN bus. This system used μC/OS-Ⅱ as the real time operation system and adopt multi-tasks as its software structure. The operation system provided task scheduler and communication media. It has been proven by practical applications that the system is easy maintenance and ready for upgrading.
