利用超微量技术分析粘虫单腺体性信息素的化学组成

摘　　要：通过选择提取溶剂、改进提取方法以及毛细柱气相色谱检测条件，摸索出粘虫MythimnaseparataWalker单腺体提取和分析方法；并且确定了单个求偶雌蛾腺体提取物的化学组成、含量和相对比例。讨论了粘虫求偶雌蛾性信息素腺体提取物中各组分含量的个体差异。The sex-pheromone-gland extracts of female oriental armyworm Mythimna separata Walker at calling period were individually analyzed with capillary GC and GC-MS techniques. The suitable solvent was selected. Both extracting and detecting methods were developed. The components, content and ratio in one gland extract were determined. The individual variation of each component in the extracts was also discussed.
