摘  要:背景与目的:食管癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,由于侵袭转移,手术后存活率低,而CD44和CYP2E1就是和侵袭转移相关的基因,因此我们研究了CD44和CYP2E1基因多态性与食管癌的关系。方法:应用PCR及Western blot技术等方法对45例食管癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织进行CD44表达分析和CYP2E1基因多态性分析。结果:癌组织中CD44蛋白呈高表达,明显高于癌旁组织,差异具有显著性(P<O.01)。CYP2E1三种基因型中,C1C1、C1C2基因型的表达明显高于C2C2,差异具有显著性(P<O.05)。结论:食管癌组织中CD44和CYP2E1多态性改变与食管癌的易感性关系较密切。Background and purpose:Esophageal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor.Patients with esophageal carcinoma have a low survival rate.CD44 gene and CYP2E1 gene are related to invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer.therefore we studied CD44 and CYP2E1 gene polymorphism in regard to its relationship with esophageal cancer.Methods:We analyzed CD44 and CYP2E1 genetic polymorphism in 45 cases with esophageal cancer and adjacent tissues by PCR technology.Results:CD44 protein was significantly over-expressed in tumor tissues than that in adjacent tissue(P〈0.01).of all the three CYP2E1 genotypes,frequencies of C1C1 and C1C2 were significantly higher than C2C2,and the difference was singnificant(P〈0.05).But there was no significant difference between esophageal carcinoma and the adjacent tissue.Conclusions:In esophageal cancer,CD44 and CYP2E1 polymorphism and susceptibility to esophageal cancer is closely related.
