摘　　要：肿瘤是遗传因素和环境因素共同作用下细胞周期紊乱、细胞失控性生长所致的一类疾病。细胞周期素依赖性激酶是调节真核生物细胞周期的关键分子之一,深入研究细胞周期素依赖性激酶在细胞周期与细胞生长中的作用,对于阐述肿瘤发生、发展的病理机制以及肿瘤治疗的新途径具有重要的意义。Cancer is a disease with disorder of cell cycle and uncontrolled growth due to the common effects of hereditary factor and environmental factor. Cyclin-dependent kinases has effects on cell cycle by modulating function of eukaryon organism. The functions have been further studied in cell cycle and the process cell cycle, which will be beneficial to explain tumorigenesis pathomechanism and the new way of oncotherapy.
