肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的声像图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的声像图特征和超声诊断价值。方法回顾我院经手术病理证实的12例肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的声像图特征,结合病理特点作相关分析。结果声像图显示肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤具备一定形态,6例边界清晰,6例边界欠清;9例呈均匀性高回声,3例呈非均匀性高回声;血流信号无或极稀少。结论肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤无真包膜,假包膜的超声显示率低,内部高回声具有特征性,超声检查有助于本病的早期发现和诊断。Objective To discuss the sonographic features and evaluate diagnostic value of ultrasound in adrenal myelolipoma. Methods The sonographic findings in 12 cases with adrenal myelolipoma confmned by pathology were reviewed. Based on the pathologic findings, the sonographic features were discussed. Results All lesions were with a certain shape, 6 cases had rough borders and 6 had smooth borders;9 lesions（diameter 2.8 - 8 cm）showed homogeneous hyperecho;3 lesions（diameter 8 - 11 cm） showed heter-ogeneous hyperecho; No or rare color Doppler flow signals have been found. Conclusion Adrenal myelolipoma may have a pseudoeap- sule, which usually can＇ t he disclosed by ultrasound,but internal hyperecho is characteristic. Ultrasonography is valuable in the early diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma.
