丁酸钠对食管癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤生长及NDRG1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丁酸钠对食管癌EC9706细胞裸鼠移植瘤生长及NDRG1蛋白表达的影响。方法构建食管癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤模型，采用丁酸钠溶液按1g/（kg·d）于肿瘤周围皮下注射，观察移植瘤生长情况；采用免疫组化染色检测裸鼠移植瘤NDRG1蛋白表达情况。对照组同等条件下注射生理盐水。结果丁酸钠可抑制裸鼠移植瘤生长，其抑瘤率为35．3％，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；丁酸钠治疗组裸鼠移植瘤NDRG1蛋白表达较对照组显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论丁酸钠可能通过上调NDRG1蛋白的表达而抑制食管癌EC9706细胞裸鼠移植瘤增殖。Objective To study the effect of sodium butyrate on the xenografts tumor growth and expression of NDRG1 protein of human esophageal carcinoma EC9706 cells. Methods Constructing xenografts tumor model of human esophageal carcinoma EC9706 cells was constructed. Sodium butyrate solution was injected and the growth of xenografts was measured and the NDRG1 protein level was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results Sodium butyratc could inhibit the growth of xenografts tumor,with the inhibiting rate of 35.3% having significance as compared with control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） and upregulate the expression level of NDRG1 protein with significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Sodium butyrate could inhibit the growth of xenografts tmnor,and this result may be caused by uprcgulating the expression of NDRG1 protein.
