运用《伤寒论》寒热并用法治疗慢性胃肠疾病探析

摘　　要：在《伤寒论》中,寒热并用法为治疗慢性胃肠疾病的常用治法,将辛温或辛热药物与苦寒或苦辛寒凉药物合用,以开通气机,祛寒化湿,泄热消积,降逆和胃。实践证明,寒热并用法治疗慢性胃肠疾病,具有升清降浊、分消湿热、疏通气机之功。本文首先阐明了寒热错杂证的病因病机和寒热并用法的治病机制,并针对仲景调和肠胃除痞、柔肝涩肠止利、清上温下降逆三法在寒热并用法中的具体运用进行了较为深入的探讨。In Treatise on Febrile Disease, the combined therapy of cold and hot is often used to treat chronic disease of stomach and intestines. The combination of pungent-warm or pungent-heat drugs with bitter-cool or bitter-cold drug is used to promote the action of Qi and clinical dispel cold and remove dampness, expel pathogenic heat and remove food stagnanation, and lower the adverse flow of Qi. And clinical practice has proved that chronic disease of stomach and intestine treated by combined therapy of cold and hot has an effect on ascending the clear and descending the turbid, dispelling dampness and regulating the action of Qi. This paper firstly explained the pathogens and etiology pattern of cold-heat complex and treating mechanism of combination of cold and hot, and then had a deeper probe into Zhang Zhongjing＇s method of regulating stomach to dispel stagnation, softening liver to prevent dysentery and clearing upper and warming lower to descend adverse Qi in the combined therapy of cold and hot.
