摘  要:目的:检测细胞角蛋白19(CK-19)在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达,探讨其在甲状腺乳头状癌发生发展中的作用。方法:用RT-PCR和免疫组织化学(EnvisionTM)法检测36例甲状腺乳头状癌,19例良性甲状腺疾病及8例正常甲状腺组织中CK19mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:CK19基因mRNA和蛋白表达一致,在甲状腺乳头状癌组与其他非癌组间的表达差异均具有显著性;CK19mRNA在有淋巴转移组的表达水平明显高于无淋巴转移组,差异有显著性。结论:CK19基因在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达明显增加且与转移有关,提示CK19可能参与了甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展,并对肿瘤的肿瘤转移有促进作用。Objective: To detect the expression of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) in thyroid papillary carcinoma and explore its effects on the development of thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of CK19mRNA and proteins were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry (Envision) in 33 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 19 cases of benign thyroid diseases and 8 cases of normal tissues of thyroid. Results: Expressions of Gene CK19mRNA and proteins were identical, hut there were significant differences between the expressions of the tissues of thyroid papillary carcinoma and the other non-cancer tissues. The expression of CK19mRNA in the tissues with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in the tissues without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expressions of CK19mRNA in thyroid papillary carcinoma were obviously increased, and was related to the metastasis ,The result suggest that CK19 probably participates in the tumorigenesis and development of thyroid papillary carcinoma and promotes tumor metastasis.
