摘 要:介绍一种直接驱动阀(DDV)式作动器的余度数字式伺服系统设计与实现,描述了系统的余度配置、设计思想及组成,建立了DDV作动器的结构参数化模型及数字伺服回路的模型,并进行了仿真,分析了作动器动静态特性、采样频率及监控器的设计性能。最后,采用快速原型实时仿真,对余度数字式伺服系统完成了的性能试验验证,结果表明系统性能令人满意。An engineering design and realization of redundant digital servo system for direct drive valve (DDV) actuator is presented. The DDV servo actuator is a new generation of electro-hydraulic redundant actuator, which has been used in many advanced aircraft. The redundant digital servo system introduced in this paper has been applied in an advanced training plane, and accomplished its preliminary flight tests. The redundancy level of servo system for DDV actuator and its design concept are described. A simulation model oriented structure parameter of DDV actuator is built, and so does the discrete model of redundant digital servo system. A simulation is carried out to analyze the performances of DDV actuator, including static and dynamic characteristics, sample frequency, and characteristics of monitor. In order to verify the performance of DDV actuator, the redundant digital servo system is tested in a new way-rapid prototyping based on real-time SIMU- LINK/xPC simulation, the results show that the performance of the presented system is satisfied.
