摘  要:分析了攀钢09SiVL钢连铸板坯形成表面纵裂的影响因素。结果表明,钢中碳含量是板坯形成表面纵裂的决定性因素,保护渣粘度对板坯形成表面纵裂的影响显著。要消除表面纵裂,应将钢中碳含量控制在0.08%~0.10%。当钢中碳含量为0.11%~0.13%时,使用粘度适中的保护渣能减少表面纵裂。The factors that cause longitudinal surface cracks formation on the Pangang's continuous cast 09SiVL steel slabs are analysed- The results show that carbon content in molten steel isthe decisive factor of longitudinal surface cracks formation on the slabs and that effect of viscosityof casting powder on Iongitudinal surface cracks formation on the slabs is obvious. ln order to remove the longitudinal surface cracks. the carbon content in molten steel must be controlled in therange of 0. 0 8 % ~ 0. 1 0 %. When the carbon content in molten steelis in the range of 0. 1 1 % ~0. 13 %, the casting powder of medium viscosity is used so as to decrease the longitudinal surfacecracks of continuous cast slab.
